Sonia Graham, Chief Experience Officer and Founder
Sonia left corporate America to found Maximum Business Advantage. She has several years of management consulting experience with Fortune 100 and larger firms. The majority of her consulting experience was derived at Towers Perrin out of New York City. After completing her MBA specializing in Services Marketing and Management, Sonia was recruited into the prestigious Executive Leadership Development Program at JPMorgan Chase in New York. There she learned various aspects of the banking and financial industry in several rotational learning positions. Her final position for Chase was as a Project Manager with Chase Home Equity. In the Project Manager role, Sonia managed several cross-functional teams of senior leaders to implement new methods of conducting business and several large-scale marketing initiatives. In addition to her MBA, Sonia has a Master of Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree, and a Master of Health Services Administration degree.
